That’s the same general area where I have suggest they should relocate the zoo, and market to a national amusement company like busch Gardens or Six Flags. It’s a great central location with lots of access.

That is a bunch of real estate. I calculate that to be 23.4375 square miles. I cannot fathom the idea of any plan that will disrupt or diminish our way of life in any way. I hope that I never live to see the natural beauty of North Escambia much different than the way I see it today. More people and large corporations will eventually own the biggest part of what we are looking at today. Always be mindful of big money and crooked politicians, they will eventually control our county.

I bought a house in Beulah 8 yrs ago, because it was in the country, yet not too far from town… My kids have been born and raised there, in a small town community with good people.. If you decide to put an interstate exit on Beulah road, although it may be more convienent to jump on the interstate, had any of us resident wanted that, we would not have bought and lived in the area that we do.. We do not want and/or need the additional traffic on Beulah Rd, there are already plenty of people that use it as a cut-threw road.. I am all for growth and commerce in Pensacola and surrounding area, promoting growth, the economy, and jobs, however, there are plenty of areas already established, that could use a “face-lift” and better those areas of town that have become desecrated by the buildings being abandoned, half demolished, and vagrants occupying them.. So instead of turning the “good ol’ country” into a BIG city feel, how bout looking at some areas, such as parts of Hwy 29 south of 9mile, Cervantes, Mobile Hwy, etc.. The people who live in that area knew what they were getting when they moved there, and Im sure they would love to see Beautiful new, reconstructed buildings vs. what they have to look at now.. And revamp those areas that were already commercial and industry, and leave what little area we have left, The Country!! Cuz thats what we want!! Or we would have never moved there to begin with!

Very interesting if they had said anything about the concept. What the heck
does that mean? Is that another DREAM that will cost us money or is
someone actually going to come here with money and develop something
and bring JOBS? I know, I know your all going to say go to the meeting,
well some of us have to work and run errands. Someone has to pay
for everyone not working and collecting checks.
