Kevin served the community as a fine officer, Sheriff Morgan should sit down and review his subordinats records to ensure that good people are not overlooked. Kevin was never involved with the McNesby hits and scandals, He is clean! and should have been promoted to sergeant long ago. I think Mr Morgan should look at what some of his staff were doing in the 70s and 80s guys that have been promoted! My what a $160.00 would buy in 1977.

“Honorary” promotion to Sergeant? What a slap in the face. He gave the county, communtiy and the ECSO 27 years and he was never promoted to Sergeant while on active duty, are you kidding me?!

Since all of us working at HFCU wanted to see Bodo you came in with him one day. I will never forget the look in that dog’s eyes when I punched you on your arm.
