If it works leave it alone the new energy saving units are not woth that kind of money. It will take 20 years or for the town to even come close to breaking even. By then the units will be worn out and have to be replaced again. I am glad the city has that kind of money to spend when they can't even have things for the kids to do in the summer like maybe a community pool for the hot summers. It would last longer than the ac units are going to. Use the old units until they have to be replaced. The building in question should have all the power off to save the town money. If not why isn't it off. New a/c unit for a building that may stay vacant for God knows how many years. Really that doesn't make any sense at all. Just want to spend money in the town that does not even care about it's kids they come last. Last time I was at city hall it was good an cool. Maybe they know something I don't. Like how they are going to save big bucks with these new systems over the next 20 years. Complete lack of common sense for the city goverment again. No wonder you can get any business in this town the A/C is not good enough to lure them to Century. LOL Just had to comment on this one folks.

How much power is the town consuming at the Helicopter Technology Building? And does anyone else think maybe it's time to rename that structure?
