What I do not understand is you can murder someone and get out of prison? but someone who caught with weed or drugs get straight time and no early release, how is drugs more time the murder when a human life can not be replaced?

Yes. The photo on here earlier today was his Department of Corrections photo from last year. The one on here now is his booking photo taken today at the Escambia County Jail.
