I sure wish brighthouse would have told me the outage was due to a fire instead of saying "we don't know, and the technician hasn't called us to tell us what is wrong." Our power wasn't affected but we were without cable service for over 10 hours. (BTW, did you know that birghthouse won't credit you for their outage unless it's been over 24 hours). Glad no one was hurt and the fire crews did a great job of putting out the fires before it spread very far. Well that explains the brighthouse outage.
