i drive this road everyday… there was not a prob with this road to begin with.. i can think of many other things to use the money for.. also the past two days i have had to wait @ 10 minutes in line, just to see the workers standing around talking, and eating and none of the machines being used… waste of time and money….. this is crazy!!!! i also no for a fact that the guy that was driving the follow truck yesterday ran into the circle k, went to the bathroom and got something to eat while people wait for him to guide them through the traffic
