@Kimbery Bailey.. I agree with you.. With these low-lifes getting so bold as to try to rob the house of a deputy, it is no wonder that more and more decent citizens are arming themselves.. No one in his or her right mind wants to shoot someone, but it is just a matter of time before there is a real tragedy..

1. Safety OFF.
2. Squeeze trigger to dispense rounds as needed.
3. Call clean-up crew.

Did anyone see the vehicle involved in these break-ins? My sister had someone sitting in her front yard after her husband left for work early one morning but before they got out they, they saw her look out the window to see why her dogs were going crazy. The car was a dark colored honda civic type car she said. This incident happened in the Pollard area on Friendship Rd.

Things are going to keep getting worse. All I can say is that there are more and more people arming themselves with guns, and one of these days, these cowards are going to go to the wrong house, and not gonna get to leave on foot, and there is not going to be any need for K-9 units, cause they will be left right in the spot where the bullet hit them…Dead.

When my neighbor’s house was broken into and he asked Escambia’s finest why they were not taking finger prints ,the officer laughed and said this was not a tv show. I guess being a deputy has a bit more pull than the average citizen.

criminals are getting desperate and doing more bold things. this is an alarming trend that will probably only get worse. I am glad no one was injured and hope this individual is caught and brought to justice.
