Comments on: Oil Spill: Local Hope Returns, Challenges Remain

Seems like the comments on this article have nothing to do with the story at all. The Gov. goes on national tv to promote his state, especially the areas trying to recover from the oil spill… And we get comments about how he should have never been elected and he wants everyone to be poor. This is what this country has come to as a result of the two party system… You pick a side, and of course both sides are right all the time, in their own eyes. Each party try to drive a wedge between majority of the population… While fighting for the independent vote, the ones who really decide the election. Then one side wins and the other side starts in on complaining about every thing the othe side does, just to keep everyone so damned confused they will never know the truth.
Thier are three sides to every story… And the Truth lies somewhere in between…One side, democrats… The other side , republican… And the truth, the independents…. The truth will set you free.
The Gov. Won an election and now deserves his chance to run the state how he sees fit… And I wish him well, b/c a bankrupt state does us all no good, regardless of your affiliation.

Isn’t our Governor doing what he told us he was going to do? Some has to have the cojones to take charge of the budget. We can’t keep spending what we don’t have.

Wow….i guess he thinks he is a scientist now and can see into the future..so i must have missed something some how…its almost like he is against things that his people are for…way to show the people how he really stands up for them…maybe they will help him out by putting him in again….Sorry but i didnt vote for him…Saw right through him especially with his background starring you in the face… Im not influenced by anyone party when his background sucks.. just because he has an R in front of him..there comes a point and time when simple common sense should play a role..Not just because he is Republican an just vote anyway no matter what JUST because the R..Background,common sense…come on people look at the whole pic before you just vote for your party.n cuz yr to stubborn to stray from the R…..i think the people that put him there deserve this crap he is putn on us..But the smart ones that saw through him..i hate that we have to endure this bullcrap rite alone with them..i just hope we all can survive this republican some how..God Help us all..cuz Scott darn sure wont..If it benefits him well then he is all for it..Go away Mr. Scott plezzzz…your gonna slowly kill us… OMG…We are in trouble with this dude..He does not like middle class..he wants us all poor as dirt unless your rich..no middle..Sorry if i offended anyone..its how ii feel..So just sayn!!!

This man is taking our state down – he’s a cold hearted businessman with no regard for the people of Florida. Do any of you know how to start a petition to have him impeached? He should be in prison for Medicare fraud. Instead he used the millions he earned off taxpayer’s backs to run for governor. It is amazing how people will fall for these fancy commercials and never bother to find out the truth about the candidates.
