		<description>Well, there you go.  Business tax?  We already pay Century tax on phone bills, electric bills, etc.  Odd town, you talk about attracting businesses then you tax them.  How about cutting back on expenses instead of raising taxes.  And by the way, business owners cannot attend a meeting at 2:45pm on a Monday afternoon, the first day of the business week.  Nice way of slipping things in on businesses and citizens.  And we wonder why no one wants to open businesses here.  My my.</description>
