How can a person with a felony record still have the right to carry a conceled weapon? Something is wrong with this picture. If you have a felony, reguardless of the situation, you should loose rights, if you are allowed back into society.

There is more to this story.
Evidently he had the proper permits to have the gun concealed.
He just made the mistake of having it with him when going into the courthouse.
