(keepin' politics out of it.) anyway, we got to have the mindset or we will fall into what the midwest is fearing. those pivot irrigation systems are burdening their aquifer to the extent, lot of smart folks believe they are at the brink of outdoing their recharge rate. what if they had no water to pump?
