For those how live there and gas heading to stay above $4.00 per gallon in the future this sounds good on top. The problem will be when the cost of maintenance and up-keep comes, it will fall back on the state to pickup the tab. When that happen, it cost too much for Mickey Mouse to take the train to Bush Gardens for a beer, who will be left to pick up the tab? Not the citizens for central Florida...it will be a state issue at that time. Additional taxes will be needed from the entire state. Possibly in the form of a states income tax, or something similar to the taxes that are levied on everyone to pay state insurance premiums so the "RICH" can build house on the sandbar's of the gulf. It will not get enough use to make it effective, so why build it? If you look at the countries and areas that use this you will find they are densely populated, therefore they are used. This area of Florida is not densely populated and you can't fund something that isn't used enough to make it cost-effective. It will become the elephant in the corner of the state.
