The responding deputy wrote in the arrest report that McDonald refused verbal commands to stand in front of his patrol vehicle; instead he began yelling “She’s lying, she’s lying. I'm sure the doll and blankie was hers. The chick in the SUV was probably the girlfriend, and he was just in a drunken stupor trying to get back to them both. Hopefully girlfriend will keep herself and the child safe from him. He's a deadbeat, but he's not a mental case. Just pitching a good drunk. And that's the facts ma'am, just the facts.
