Says alot with our justice system. Its the bad ones that get slapped on the wrist and sent back out to do it again and again, and first offenders get stiffer punishments. Calling all men in white coats! put his butt in the straight jacket and lock his butt in a padded room for a bit and then put him in solitary confinement in the big house for life.
