CCA Hahaha I almost fell out of my chair laughing. They are business people not prison officials. They dont run prisons the inmates do. I know officers at CCA that are afraid to hose a inmate because their job may be in jeopardy if they use force. This is sick!! I am very disgusted. Please help by not helping privatize, in fact kick CCA out of our great state and send the yellow bellies packing to TN. How about a raise Sen. Evers??? Come visit us and see a real prison whenever youre ready

They always want to look at changing things like the DOC retirement no one buts there lives everyday we walk through those prison gates like we do. You white collar people sit in your big offices making all this money and we haven’t had a raise in six years but no one is even attempting to gives us one all you all are doing is trying to see what all you can cut so it puts more in your pockets. Selfish is what I call it and your going home every night to your families but we just have to hope and pray the way we walk through the gate we walk out in the same manner. If you wanna do something pay us overtime leave our retirement alone and go to ten hour shifts that may help out especially with the shortage of staff
