Johnson scholorship opportunity for the young people who want to pursue further education. Our daughter Jessica was EREC's 2010 scholarship recipient and it has been such a blessing in assisting her with the various expences attending College. I strongly encourage all students to participate and apply for this wonderful opportunity. My father, Herman D. Johnson, was instrumental in having those unclaimed funds remain in the co-op just for this purpose. He was a huge supporter of our schools and was a substitute teacher for all three of them for several years. Upon his death in 2000, the membership voted to name the scholarship after him and I look forward, every year, to finding out who the recipients are.
