I've lived up here all my life, and since the casino came traffic has tripled, & their speed has doubled!!! Please come "catch" em......and another thing, half of them are throwing trash out of their windows. Just look at the nasty roadsides. It's downright shamefull how the trash ends up in the ditch. There's garbage cans at every store people stop at, yet the pure Trash decides to throw their Trash out of their window. Probaly while their kids are in the back seat watching....& learning. And before anyone goes off on me for ranting......I'm glad the Tahoe driver didn't have any life-threatening injuries & my hat's off to our Military!!!(half my family is Military) Get well soon!!! I travel up 97 to Hwy 164 it is a total of 16.4 miles. There are now 16 speed signs in that distance. When you turn north, at the 2.0 mile mark it goes to 50mph, 2.5 miles it goes to 45mph, 3.1 mile 55mph, 3.7 back to 50mph, 4.3 to 50mph,5.0 to 55mph, 6.5 to 55mph, 6.8 down to 50, 7.3 another 50mph, 8.3 another 50mph, 10.6 back to 55mph at 13.3 a 40mph double fine school zone then 14.2 a 45mph,14.6 a 40mph school zone. then at 15 goes back to 55mph then 15.1goes to 50 mph. One question? if you pass a sign that says hill limited sight distance, once over the rise they call a hill can you go back to 55 or do you have to wait for a 55 sign. This smells of future speed traps. This needs to be looked at. I nearly get ran over doing 55 so this speeding up and slowing down is really going to cause problems for anyone who tries to obey the law. Also why in dogwood park where the most cars turn in and out is the speed 55, While north of sunshine hill rd in the woods it drops to 45?????
