Usually in a very unfriendly neighborhood, an isolated road, or late at night. The scary thing is that this was in broad daylight! Sure glad this lady wasn't killed by the thugs. Sure hope the Sheriff gets these thugs off of the streets! People be wary. The streets are not safe in some areas - best to avoid those routes.
