Sinclair is a money hungery company If Brighthouse lets Sinclair get away with this we will all pay for this. I think all the cable companies should demand lower cost to carry local channels when these channels are free over the air with the same picture quality

I currently pay $125 per month on brighthouse for Cable + Showtime, Telephone, and 16meg Internet Service… With Dish Network, in order to get the same programming for 5 televisions it was $154 per month, and that was without telephone or Internet.

Sinclair is the problem, in the past they have also had issues with Cox and Mediacom. When was the last time you heard channels 5, 10 or 15, run ads about not being able to get their programming? Sinclair is obviously out of touch with the fact that with the new digital signal a quality version of their programming is available FREE over the airwaves and they can no longer jack up the price on the cable companies. And incase anyone is wondering, No I don’t work in the Cable TV industry, just a consumer..

My mom lives in Century and I am doing my best to convince her to get satellite. Its so much cheaper than cable and would have a lot better selection of channels to watch. Bright House is a rip off because they have no competition.

Been with directv for 13 years, and never a complaint. Always cheaper than cable and better service. Still don’t understand how any cable company is still in business…

I wonder how many MORE customers Bright House LOST from this mistake.

Nothing like having CH.3 advertising FOR the Bright House’s competition to get their attention.

I bet a LOT of people realized how much money they were wasting on limited cable over satellite. Cable is WAY over the top in charges per month.
