These charges came about when the authorities were told that he was contacting her. But he never contacted her, she contacted him. That's what happened. Ashley, your dad loves you so much. This will all work out. I know it has to make him feel much better to know that you are here defending him against people ignorant to the true situation. It's so easy to look at the charges and assume that he's guilty for everything they're saying. Remember innocent until proven guilty? He still has his rights, and they will have to prove that all of this is true. I really think most of it is going to just fall away. Especially these new charges. Scott isn't a violent man. Never has been. And anyone who knows him (and I don't mean by just reading this site), knows he wouldn't hurt anyone. Anything he's been convicted for isn't for violent behavior. And what's with the buccal swabs? What DNA do they need to compare his to? Or is it just for future reference to convince others later that he is still a wonderful person when some other crime arises and it will eliminate him as a suspect? He never once "abused" her. i know my father and he has never even threatened to lay a hand on me throught my whole life, or her.
