It’s about time he went to jail, I know for a fact that he has been selling drugs for years, just because he is well liked doesn’t make drug dealing less of a crime. Darn good job undercovers and keep up the good work.

THANK YOU RAQUEL, YOU HAVE SAID A MOUTH FULL. HE WAS NOT GOING AND PUTTING THOSE DRUGS IN THAT PERSON MOUTH. WE NEED TO KNOW THE REAL SOURCE OF WHERE THE DRUGS ARE REALLY COMING FROM. IF THEY LOOK INTO IT, IT IS HALF OF OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO IS DEALING BUT THEY JUST DON’T GET CAUGHT. TRUST ME I KNOW. BUT GET MAD WHEN THE DRUG DEALERS DON’T SELL FOR THEM. Your previous comment *is* posted below. Look a little closer.

The “Squirrel Boy” story is posted because he was found guilty and convicted of felony charges. We covered his story like anyone else.

As for the shooting in Jay, there has not been any additional coverage of that case because it has not gone to trial yet. Murder cases take a lot longer to proceed through the courts, generally, that drug charges. Once there is a verdict or significant development in that case, we will cover it again.

Law enforcement is the practice of increasing public safety… as moderated by threat, politics, and numbers.

Arresting buyers (charging dozens, maybe hundreds) and clogging up the courts with all those cases is not a productive use of finite manpower. Busting one supplier is much more likely to impact overall use… the higher up the line the greater the charge and the greater net effect in keeping drugs off the street.

We all make choices in life… we live with the choices we make. Hope this man can learn to make other choices.

I’m not saying any of this is right, but what i do think we should stop arresting the seller and arrest the buyer. A seller can’t sell if he or she doesn’t have a buyer right?The ones that sells the drugs does not have a gun or knife held on the buyer to make them buy it. If the law inforces to everyone that gets caught buying you will receive maxium punishment to the fullest. Maybe this may cut down on the drugs in the street. People would be scared to buy. Now the seller business is out of business like every other business that can’t make its because no customers to sell to. Think about it.
