Contact the nearest masonic lodge near you and ask about the CHILD ID program that we offer free of charge. We shoot some video of your child and record it straight to a DVD and hand it to you. We keep no record other than a waiver to video your child answering very normal questions such as "what is your name" etc. The authorities can hear the child voice and see very recent moving video.
