I may be way off but I see a face like that and I think, what a waste. Clean him up a tad and he’d be a very good looking man. Yet, he’s thrown his life away because of stupid drugs.
I hate to see things like this. Of course it’s his fault, I’m nowhere near blaming anyone for his condition or predicaments, but it’s just a sad shame to see what drugs do to people.

It could have cut into his business.

If he were buying and selling illegal substances, it would indicate where the sales were taking place. Like I’ve said before, I favor not only GPS for convicted felons but cameras and microphones monitoring them the entire time. (Some parts would be gross for the monitors to endure, but surely you could find somebody willing to watch.) That would really dissuade potential criminal transactions–and might lead to some interesting You Tube clips, especially if they were released via streaming video to the public under freedom of information.

GET THAT. Their parents can’t trust them. Their wifes can’t trust them.
Their kids can’t trust them. HECK THEY CAN’T TRUST THEMSELVES.
