Rick Scott is desperate for State Jobs after improving Florida Jobs unemployment by only 1/10 of a percent during the past year he couldn't care less if it's legal 400 jobs will be great. We are now at 10.6 % , down from 10.7 % and rank 4 TH in our fight for the highest unemployment in the nation. I think we can beat those other three states with Scott's help. Does Florida get any tax money from the Gretna Horse track. It would sure be nice if someone was supporting Florida besides State Employees especially if the PBA wins the court case that makes Florida pay back all State Employees 3 %.

REGARDING:
"I just can’t reason things out in your style of reasoning; If I could I could think of all kinds of situations where I am due reparations from the treatment of people in the past. That’s WACK to me! "

Yep, lots of people can't reason that way. They figure if they're given something someone else stole, it doesn't matter if the rightful owner is known; they have it now and won't give it back willingly. Even I intend to stay where I am--too hard to divide myself up into all the nations and races (?) which created me.

Note that I'm not even talking reparations here, just saying you don't have a right to what they have right now, whereas you are wanting to tax them even though their freedom from taxes in such situations hasn't been stolen yet. I don't even favor gambling, just the right to gamble so fools can be fleeced legally.

If taxes are too high, it isn't their fault; it's ours. We vote for people who give us more and more goodies by taking more and more money from us. Blaming injuns for high taxes makes no sense, nor can they cure high taxes by further robbery.

@■David Huie Green

REGARDING:

Look at it this way:
Anything we earn here is on land we or our ancestors or the ones who sold the land to us stole from them initially.

I just can't reason things out in your style of reasoning; If I could I could think of all kinds of situations where I am due reparations from the treatment of people in the past. That's WACK to me! Maybe we should have stayed in Europe but the taxes were too high and then high taxes being to high created this country and taxes are too high NOW because we wasted it on illogical fancies...The past is History, learn from it and MOVE on, not making the same mistakes twice. I see the USA being given away. My parents gave it to me in good shape, I gave it to my children in a declining state and grand children are going to inherit nothing but a huge tax bill...

REGARDING:
"Creek profits are all generated, initially, from our tax dollars" AND "They pay no sales taxes and I’m sure the donation was considerable less than the taxes would have been"
