Not to mention the billions of dollars daily of our nations wealth going to these OPEC nations. Its money that could be going into our own economy creating jobs and more, allowing us to kick our addiction of their oil. The daily transfer of wealth from our country also goes to these nations that anyone could see are enemies of the U.S., and helping to fund terrorists groups they deny the exisistence of!

I guess we COULD invade some other country and steal their resources to lower our gas prices, but do you really want to do that?

only working 4 days a week already and driving 35 miles one way to do this but there are no jobs closer to home. so i’ll just have to pay the price i guess

Get ready for it..Gas will be back at $4.00 per gallon before summer is out. Need to presure senators/congress to get the ban on off-shore drilling repilled and the workers in the southern states that work on the rigs back to work. Or do we allow for Mexico and Cuba to drill in the Gulf miles from out coast line.

The last time I checked, the Gulf Stream flowed up from Mexico around Lousiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. So if Mexico or Cuba has an accident, the beaches will stil be in trouble. So what do you want…the impression that beaches are safe (which they are not in any case) or jobs, dollars in the economy and cheaper fuel prices.

Two more years of this non-sense and hopefully we can get a President in office that might do something more than take a trip some where.
