Maybe like some Pot Roast, Ho cakes?? [not sure on the spelling], homemade biscuits etc.. Things like potatoes/meat receipts. These are things that aren't really good for you by today's standards, but it's funny how the folks that have been eating them all their lives are still around to share the ingredients.
