I heard two of them today on the radio have to not chase because of this new policy. Look at the history, places like Orlando and Miami which used to have a no 10-100 policy changed their tune. (hopefully 10-100 is what i think it is) In keeping with Morgans principles, if we cannot keep them locked up, at least put a thorn in their side. (speaking of the problem citizens...) I trust the Tahoe totalled the guys car, so at least now he will have to find other transportation and not worry about his suspended DL.
