I am saddened to hear of Mrs. Vera’s passing. I remember her from my childhood and going to church. Heaven gained another angel! My thoughts and prayers to all the family.

Sis, Presley was another lady like Sis. Upton who practically watched my brother and i grow up at Bethel Temple. she was truely a special lady to all the kids and grandkids just remember she is in a better place walking and talking with god. To each of Mrs. Presley’s family. You were blessed to have a mother as Mrs. Vera. She would meet me at the bus when I would pick up Misty, one day she surprised me with a bowl of chicken and dumplings you all know how good those tasted. Then when I was placed on 23-86 I was fortunate to carry many more of her grandchildren the Levins, Smiths, Presleys and Blake. I’m sorry for your loss, but thankful for the examples she set before each one of you. Listen to your heart and follow in her steps toward her final destination of Heaven. John 3:16. My prayers are with each of you.
