According to the Biblical account, when Cain slew Abel–when a farmer killed his brother, a shepherd. In other words, there have pretty much always been people willing to kill other people for any reason or no reason. Most of them only do it because they think they can get away with it without punishment, most of the rest have not considered the punishment.

Second guess, is the way it reads. Hew was out on bail when arrested.

What really sounds crazy to me is that it took them this long to get him and he is already out on bail. How long will it take them to get him next time? Or did I read this wrong and he was out on bail when they picked him up? Kinda confused.

Has the world gone mad?

A murderer nabbed just blocks from the dumpsite of two bodies of recently dead young women? I know it’s unlikely that it’s connected, but it seems like our community is getting more than its fair share of evil-doers.

Two nights ago – early evening – three men tried to enter my neighbor’s house, and later that evening men matching their description shot a cab driver in the back after robbing him. Don’t know if it was the same men, but sure is a coincidence.

And now we’re hearing that Deputy Cassady is back in the hospital?

This is scary stuff. Lord, have mercy.
