In reading his rap sheet he was already a felon and then drank, drove, expired licenses etc. Then to be so bold as to threaten a officer of the law is just flat out stupid! But with all that said if the justice system works the way it is suppose to he will have the pleasure of spending many, many years thinking about it in cross bar hotel.
