If you pull up the rivals top 100, you will notice at least ten running backs ranked ahead of Buie. I'm not even sure if he is the number 4 running back in the state. Buie is more of a Chris Rainey or Jeff Demps type of back, not a Trent Richardson or Michael Dyer type of back, who were both 5 star prospects coming out of high school.
