We went down close to woods rd yesterday (before you cross Jack Springs rd) and there was a black dog on the right that was shivering out in the cold. If anybody knows who this is that lives there, PLEASE contact them so that that poor dog may get some shelter! There is a big 2 story house that sits there on the corner and these people live not far behind it I SINCERELY HOPE people think about their pets during these cold days and nights.
