The Escambia County School District paid for it, Bratt Elementary is under their jurisdiction, therefore the owner will just be paying to have what it owns moved to where more of its users are. It is not just a metal building. It is a large steel outdoor facility. Not some flimsy metal building that will blow away in the next hurricane. The district obviously thought the cost of moving it was much lower than building a new one or they would have taken bids to build a new one. The Trammells are wonderful Christian people who have done a lot of work and charity projects in the north end of the county with their family run business. Definitely not the "brother-in-law" deal making business you mentioned... Shame, Shame. If you knew anything about building or the Trammell’s you wouldn’t have made those comments.
