Your right on the money…..ALL crimes need to be taken seriously,.,,,
sick of peddy crap at my place that really means constant money from
my pockets to theirs…….and it is almost NEVER their first time……

I would suggest 5 years in state prison. He was found guilty of grand theft and burglary, both 3rd degree felonies.
He has a rather lengthy criminal history prior to this.

this is REDICULOUS! 11 months 15 days for stealing 5 radiators? and yet these guys getting picked up with mobile meth-labs get set free on probation… when a judge orders 11 months 15 days, its his way of saying, you get the MAX allowed (in county) without sending you to state prison!!!! and for what? radiators? absolutely STUPID!
