I live further down Arthur Brown and In my opinion People drive way to fast down here ,I understand theres few people that walk or ride bikes down here ,but still a little RESPECT for others will go a long ways ,

these roads and streets in escambia were not designed with pedestrians and/or bicyclists in mind and what a crying shame that is when, in my humble opinion, the best way to get around is under a person’s own steam.
that being said, everyone keep it in mind. dress in the brightest clothes you can find when out walking and be wary of vehicles if you are near or on a shoulder, intersection or roadway. stay vigilant.
now hear this: do not, i repeat, do not, do anything whatsoever to impair your hearing while walking or jogging or bicycling. do not answer your cell phones. do not listen to ipods. do not put anything in or near your ears. you need all your senses and hearing often tells you what is there, even if you cant see whatever it is. if you cant hear, it may be too late for you.
