As for people making stupid comments on here about stuff! Why dont you just pray for this deputy and his family . He is one of the great men that puts their life on the line to get crime off the streets. My grandmother worked for the sheriffs office for 30 years and i learned alot from her. But the most important thing i learned was to always respect deputies of the law because if it wasnt for them crime in our city would be off the wall! I really hope that Deputy Cassidy Is doing well. That could have prevented the shooting of 3 deputies. You people complan about the deputy driving too fast, or giving you a ticket, or screwing up your life by taking you to jail. But when you need them, they better get to you 5 minutes ago. Take responsibility for your own mistakes - you put yorself in jail not the deputy!! How about paying them more than the pitatnce they get and give them the credit they deserve for standing between peace and total anarchy!! They haven't had a raise in 5 years but the teachers get one EVERY year. Why are we paying our teachers so much more than the people we expect to protect our lives??
