We've lost a good citizen & friend. My Love & Prayers go out to all of his family. He will be greatly missed. He was always willing to listen & try to help anyone that needed him. It would be a better world if there were more people around like Skippy White was. He was a Legend In His Own Right. My dearly departed husband Spencer White & I had a lot of respect for Skippy as a politician & as a local resident. I was sad to hear that Skippy White had passed away. We’ve lost a good citizen &
