I believe it’s called pseudoephedrine. If you buy any, the amount is recorded. Before that recording change people could go from place to place to get enough for their production needs.

Mary I guess what they are saying is they need evidence that either of the two in the room were involved with the meth lab thru fingerprints and such. I’m sure the two were searched and apparently didn’t possess anything. Otherwise they would have been arrested for possession. The original story said that a debit card transaction on Eric James Sherbutt lead the police to the motel room because he was on the missing persons list. We don’t know if he paid for Lees rent of the room or if he had something prepaid and delivered to that room number. Also there’s a limit to the amount of the substance used to create meth ( I don’t remember its name ) that one person can buy without the computer system notifying the police. I’m sure the police will check to see if the other two were helping purchase the substance. Both of two in the room witnessed this horrible seen and saw a young man die because of meth. They will have to live with this rest of their life. If they don’t learn by this, then jail time won’t do them any good at all.

Good Luck finding them now…just like the man who robbed Scott’s Pharmacy in Molino..had him in custody & it took 3-4 days to arrest him..These people were “cooking meth” @ the time…why didnt they arrest them then for @least “possesion” of “meth” ?? Now they will most likely hide…run to anothe rmotel.
