He will probably be able to drive again. I have seen on multiple occasions where someone is on their 4th, 5th, or 6th DUI when they end up killing an innocent person.

I guess it takes something like that to finally stop them.

It’s our justice system at it’s finest, thats how!

It’s simply a revolving door.
I know a guy who lives a couple of house in on detroit from 29 and he
never wears his seat belt, doesn’t have a drivers license and yet he
is on the road almost every day.

I know he doesn’t have a license and has a ton of tickets he hasn’t paid
are you telling me the cops don’t know him.
If he climbs in his truck he never puts his seat belt on. There is probable
cause to stop him and they need to check him for drugs too.

I just looked on the clerks website, and this makes his 3rd DUI, his second was in 1997, how do they get an opportunity to do this more than once?!?!?!

It’s time to get tough with all these losers.
They do just re-offend.
For the ONE that learns a lesson, there are 50 who learned nothing
even when someone dies as a result.

I also have no use for someone who is CAUGHT DEAD WRONG…
and the l.oser refuses a breath test.

Flordia needs to never let someone drive again when caught dui. The people that are killed does not get a secound chance. What is so sad you see these women and men get a secound chance and do it again. The bars that let the person drive after selling it to them to the point of being drunk should have their business shut down. DO the cops set out side the local bars to make sure the people does not do this. I would hope that if a accident happens the driver and passanger are both tested. People do cover for each other.

These people should have to stay in jail until court, lose the drivers license and the vehicle along with a big fine. If they can buy the alchohol and are stupid enough to drive then they can pay the price. This isn’t a bad decision made by a kid it’s a choice made by someone old enough to know better and obviously only cares about hisself. I live very close to the area and I have family on these roads all the time. Stay home before you kill somebody….jerk!!
