As a supporter of the ACLU and its efforts to protect causes I believe in, what in the world does the ACLU have to do with this sentencing or the prison system or this story at all?

You got to remember. This is Escambia County ALABAMA we’re talking about. Standard sentence up here is 5 years probation, no matter what. If he got 3 years in prison, that’s akin to a life sentence in Florida or Texas. We need more prisons. We need more ROOM to put people like him that don’t deserve to ever see the light of day again! The jails are full to overflowing, the prisons don’t have room for anybody else – why can’t we put them in tents, like Texas does? Who says they have to have air conditioning and TV? Oh. The ACLU. That’s who.

teachers are supposed to be trustworthy! we trust them with our CHILDREN! this is deplorable, and makes me question if my children should just be home schooled. how sad. i hope justice is done.

Policemen, Firemen, School Teachers (Male and Female) the people we trust our homes and lives and most of all our children too. Seems like every week we read about some of these people involved in Drugs, Stealing, Sexual Abuse, and Lying. The Bible says “Trust in God, and not in Man” the older I get the more I see why.

This creepo didn’t get enough time behind bars. Use this creepos profits from all of his drug dealing to feed/house/medical/upkeep hisself while he ’s BEHIND BARS. Should we take care of him? Heck Naw. He made his choice of what he wanted to do just like that other creepo Teacher/asst. coach in Brewton. They both let their Mamas and Daddys down. Shucks lock’um up together and then they can “LOOK” at each other every day instead of little girls and boys pictures and think about what they created and the pain they caused to their friends/family. This other cat actually thinks he should be free. Ha! Heck both of you cats should rot behind bars. There are more out here that want both of you there than out here. I’m one of them. When they both do get out, hang a sign on them saying “This is what I did and I did not get enough time for what I did to yours and my childten”. Three years? Hooray for the ACLU again.
