During that decade they needed an upgrade the federal government was giving billions of dollars away to corporations who sent jobs overseas, and military spending that the military neither wanted or needed, and tax breaks for multi-millionaires. So, I'm happy for the folks on Backwoods Road to have their standard of living approach basic necessities of living. After all, why buy a washing machine if you don't have enough water pressure for the thing to even work?
