yes i agree, i hope both victims are ok however i would hate to imagine what if a child would have been standing at a bus stop and because someone is tired and driving an innocent child could be dead. This is my fear everyday !

was she working somewhere overnight? Just curious as to how someone could fall asleep at the wheel at 7:30 AM after sleeping all night….figure she must have been working somewhere during the night.

I followed a White Tahoe diven by a white female that looked to be in her 30’s Monday morning down Hwy 87 that was swerving all over the road and nearly ran head on into two other cars and also came very close to side swiping five other cars before getting stopped by FHP only to be let go because she said she was TIRED???!!!. Coinsidense …. Maybe, but I think NOT. FHP needs to treat these people just like drunks. Tired driving is just as bad as drunk driving. Pull over and sleep for goodness sake.

I am supprised to see no one is blaming the road. Usually people start blaming everything except was really causes accidents……..the driver.

Hope both people in this accident are going to be ok. I agree that speed, inattention to the road, cell phones and other distractions lead to serious wrecks every day. Wearing seatbelts is one way you can protect yourself if you are doing one of the above or if you are just minding your own business and someone else is doing one of the above. Please slow down and watch out for our children waiting for buses. No one wants to see an innocent victim injured or killed.
