This was a very loved individual that has a family that is hurting. I understand everyone thinking this was just another drug related incident. It was not drug related and a since less act of violence. Please do not believe all you here from an article posted by someone trying to get a story. Bubba we love you and will miss you.

Do you doubt that the drugs he was involved in ruined or claimed other’s lives?

You are right when you said no one has the right to take someone’s life. However, when you put yourself in a situation where you are involved with drug addicts and you are involved in other crimes, you are putting yourself in harm’s way.

Sad that a life is wasted, but in my opinion he cut it short the day he began the dealing and fighting and escaping.

Every human being is someone’s loved one. No matter how one has lived, it is the hands of God to exact retribution. It is not up to some lowlife to walk up on anyone and decide to play God and take their life in such a cowardly manner. While he may be unidentified at this time, there were others who saw him in the neighborhood just a short time earlier and they will ID him. He was on a bicycle then so how far away do you think he came from. This could be your child or family member as easily as not. Before one is so quick to pass judgement on this victim I suggest you take a closer look at yourself and think about why you did not sign your own name. All of us are far less then perfect. I hope God judges less harshly that others. After all He is the only one who has that right. As “Bubba’s” mother said “people change”. A little faith would go a long way in the world. today. That area is a known area for groups and singles wandering up and down the street at all hours. Let’s not rush to judgement and make him a victim twice.

Sounds like a definate drug hit. What a waste of life at 23 he only thought he knew life. These drugs are killing our youth it has to stop some way. The lure of money makes it difficult to stop it though no matter how much law enforcement tries.

I am always bothered when someone is killed, but when you look at the way one chose to live life it often explains things. The deceased has a record as long as my arm with drugs, stealing, and fighting all over it.

When you live this life is it not just a matter of time??

I remember Sheriff Morgan talking about how bad drug gangs had gotten in Escambia County (Fl) around election time. Looks like it is starting to come out in the public’s eye now. But it all starts at home, with how they are raised, more times than not.
