William, If you get a chance to interview any of the county officials, would ask them about hwy 99 for us? I am glad to see them working on these narrow roads, but they are stopping short. Does a county commisioner live on that section of Barrineau Park Road? Just curious as to why only a section of it is being repaired.

PLEASE! Send some of that money to S. Hwy. 99. This road is not only in terrible condition but so narrow that it’s a danger to anyone driving on it. It sees lots of traffic and has never, to my knowledge had much work done on it.

well, its about time. that road would jar you to pieces every time you came to a colvert and if you meet a logging truck or dump truck, you had to near about get off to road when you met them. yeah, this waas good news for me because i live on this road abd for the safety of all those that travel it, you know what i mean.

I appreciate that they are moving forward with this work, long overdue. I would like an explanation as to why it stopped at Penasula Creek bridge. There are two other dangerous curves between there and Hwy 99 that people frequently cross the center line, mirrors hit, fortunately there have not been any deaths that I am aware of. I have had to leave the road several times due to buses, 18 Wheelers and other vehicles making these curves while crossing the center line. It is difficult to safely pull a trailer of any sort down this road.

Oh, yea! This is one of those roads in dire need of widening. I toted a car trailer down this road and had a tire on each painted line at the same time.

Need to put the option sales tax to work on Stout Rd, Need some drainage, and resurface the road! Keep up the good work!!!
