I am pretty sure this vehicle is the same one that was parked at the daycare facility on Industrial. My main question would be, why wasn’t the vehicle impounded? Isn’t that typically what happens?

A daycare parking lot doesn’t seem to be the best place to leave a vehicle involved in a drug related arrest. If that isn’t the same vehicle, then that is one huge coincidence.
