It USUALLY does start at 16, those are the very people
who usually never stop, they act on impulse without thinking,
and go by the premise if its fun and it feels good do it.
She knew even at 16 everysingle law she was breaking.
She just didn’t care!.

She was a common criminal at 16 years of age.

He makes a lot of sense sometimes, I read everything

I have to wonder what good knowing the law would do and what good outlawing this drug would do. What the gentleman did is already illegal and yet he did it and nearly “fixed stupid” in the process.

I don’t know at what age “old and wise” is supposed to kick in. I suspect “too old to listen” has been achieved already. They endanger the lives of ALL people when anyone drives down the road incapacitated.

Here’s the requested advise: Be as drunk or as stoned as you want to be AT HOME, just not on public roads. You are involving the lives of others who have not consented to being killed by your actions. Please refrain in the future.

Stupid is as stupid does.
Your darned straight he will be taken to the public whipping post for his stupidity! …NOT just another good ole boy doing his best to make a living…more like a total idiot who chose to put the lives of others in jeopardy. This isn’t his first offense, but hopefully it will be his last. Here’s hoping they throw the book at him.
