Lots of world leaders,doctors,lawyers.etc Never had or heard of FCAT.Including myself.We passed on the merit of our learning.Get back to the basics.FORGET FCAT.

Where will that money go? And why are the charges so high to access our kids? My God what ever happened to basic education? I don’t mind a standardized test, but this FCAt has got to go. Oh by the way, has anyone looked at the drop out rate of those kids who are “giving up because they can’t pass the FCAT anyway!” Let’s get back to the real reason our teachers are there. How about learning new ideas rather than just what is on the FCAT. I can understand why the teachers are frustrated as well.
