The last I heard, SUVs were more likely to flip over than other cars due to a high center of mass or gravity. It made me wonder at wisdom of putting deputies in such but I assume Sheriff Morgan has his reasons.

As the driver of the SUV, I am very greatful first to God that no one’s injuries were more severe and to the McDavid Mini Mart’s owner, employees, the McDavid Fire Dept.,and just good neighbors that live in our area that were there to help us out. Also thanks again to William and staff at Northescambia.com for the pictures…they were very helpful in explaning to the insurance co. about the accident. (they commented that this was a first). When you’ve been in an accident like that and everyone is able to get out of their cars and walk away, you just feel like praising God and thanking everyone…:)

That’s the second sign in almost as many months, at least I didn’t have all the mowers and tractors I normally have parked out there or this might have turned out differently. Kudos to everyone involved for keeping level heads amid such a calamity.
