		<description>We used to eat these in New York.  They are so delicious but I was sucked in with the &quot;simple and fast&quot; quote up top.  I think only a Cuban chef could whip it up simple and fast.  I don&#039;t know about fast, but I like this simple pork recipe that goes with anything:
