Definetly not making excuses, because everyone has problems….difficult situations that they have to either learn to deal with, or struggle to learn to deal with, This woman lost her husband to a murderer who is now back on the street, she was left with two beautiful twin boys and a very supportive family. Then serious medical problems (not related to drugs). Somethings just went wrong on the way. Put yourself in that position and honestly say that you could make all the right choices. And the amount found wasnt enough to waste tax money on, go for the big boys, and stop harrassing the same addicts to look like someting is being accomplished.

I know 3 of the 4 arrested. All are good folks , just with a problem. I didn’t read where any are unemployed, so why the remarks about get a job. I know alot of people that work, and also use drugs. All of these people (that were arrested) are users. Arresting them doesn’t help the drug problems we have here. I’ve never known any of the 3 to steal rob or anything else illegal, except use drugs. I suppose that if we keep arresting users the law enforcement and corrections departments can keep getting larger and keep taking a bigger peice of the publics money. The real problem drug in this country is alcohol. It causes more deaths , family breakups , assaults and in general just plain bad judgement!

“Recovery” is a process, it is not an event. One does not become “RECOVERED” …just for the record. A recovering person is one who continues on a daily basis to work the twelve steps and stay clean n sober.

As for so many recently in the news, the majority do need treatment because it is their addiction that lead them to where they are. No one wakes up and says …I want to be an addict today or …I think hmm I want to be an addict when I growup. It may start due to a health condition, it may begin because of the need to fill a void in their life, but for whatever reason they need treatment and be introduced to a twelve step program to learn s different way of life.

Which brings us back to the thought that if they couldn’t make easy money doing it, they wouldn’t do it.

Yes it’s good they got caught. Yes they will do time. But as a recovered addict I know and understand the facts. When you use drugs like the ones they have been using. It steals your soul and Tonya is disabled and takes meds for that reason. But she also has a really addictive personality that doesn’t help her situation. She need somekind of rehab. As for the younger ones caught they were dumb and lazy ! They could get a job but instead wanted to diddle in drugs for the easy money. But all in all we as a whole shouldn’t judge or say bad thing about them. They will have to suffer the consequences they’re selves.

Well, that is good if they are getting them off the street. But some of them just never learn. They get caught and be right back out on the streets doing it again. Some of them just never learn. And what are they teaching there kids. It is okay to see drugs. But you are the good parents.Because you get your kids what they want. But are you going out and work for a living or taking money from people to make a living.
But some of them is just lazy and don’t want to work or get there hands dirty like real people. Think they are two pretty. But the police don’t think you are pretty. All of your goods will come to and end sooner or later.If it is not done the right way guess what it wil end.Just stop being lazy and go out and get you a real job or education and teach your kids more then the street life. It will pay off in the end.

It would be nice to see them get all the drugs off the street so alot of these people around here will wake up and see it is not leading them anywhere good just as the ones in the story above found out..I do agree with the comment above that Tonya does need alot of rehabilitation.
